Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily increase a phase variable width when the phase of a cam to drive the unit injector and the suction and discharge valves of an engine is independently controlled.
SOLUTION: A cam gear 11 to which a rotation force is transmitted from the crank shaft of an engine is fitted in a cam shaft 2 by a first helical spline part through a first helical spline part 5 and a suction exhaust body 12 is fitted in the cam shaft 2 inclined in the same direction as that of the first helical spline part. A unit injector cam body 19 is fitted in the cam shaft 2 through a third helical spline part inclined in a reverse direction to that of the first helical spline part. When the shaft 2 is axially displaced by a hydraulic actuator 10, the rotation phase of the cam body 12 is not changed but the rotation phase of the car body 19 is widely changed.
