Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cam device of a complex press die which can smoothly and accurately perform flange bending work and piercing work.SOLUTION: Flange bending work is performed by the cooperation of a sectional die 6 and a collapse punch 4 by driving a cam slider 5 by the slide-contact of a semi-columnar sectional cam driver 14 at a cam driver 12 side and a semi-columnar sectional cam driver 7 at the cam slider 5 side. Piercing work is performed for a flange part F by driving a second cam slider 8 on the cam slider 5 by a second cam driver 13 after the finish of the flange bending processing. The deformation of a pierced hole is prevented by individually performing both work in the same process.
