Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cam device capable of easily blocking the follow-up of a cam follower after a cam face.
CONSTITUTION: When a push-down rod 86 is operated, an airtight chamber 122 is communicated to an air feed source 126, a piston 112 is excited in the direction that a roller 90 follows a cam face 98, the push-down rod 86 is lowered at the preset timing, and an adsorption nozzle is lowered. When the push-down rod 86 is not operated due to a suction miss of electronic parts of the suction nozzle, the airtight chamber 122 is released to the atmospheric air. The piston 112 is excited in the direction that the roller 90 is separated from the cam face 98 by a spring 132, a cam 94 is invariably rotated, the roller 90 does not follow it, and the push-down rod 86 does not push down the suction nozzle. The occurrence of noises and friction can be avoided as compared with the case that the follow-up of the roller 90 is blocked by a moving stopper.
