Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate the variation of contacting force between cam and a cam follower by imposing a given force on the cam follower in such a way that the detected contacting force between the cam and the cam follower can conincide with a preset force. CONSTITUTION:A strain guage 18 detects a strain generated in a reciprocal rod 14 by the sum f0 of a force P by a contacting force between a cam 10 and a cam follower 11, or a load compensator 17, and a force f1 generated in the movement of the reciprocal rod 14 (where f1 is regarded as an external disturbing force to control system). On the basis of the signal of detected strain, a correcting current value DELTAI to be supplied to the load compensator 17 so that the value epsilon beomces a fixed value epsilon0 corresponding to the optimum contacting force, or a set value, between the cam and the cam follower is calculated by an arithmetic circuit 19, and a current is flowed to the solenoid electromagnet 15 of the load compensator 17.
