Abstract:
To prevent the occurrence of pitching of the outer peripheral surface of a cam 3, prevent the occurrence of peeling of the outer peripheral surface of an outer ring 5, and simultaneously reduce abrasion of the outer peripheral surface of the cam 3.
The outer peripheral surface of the cam 3 is subjected to heat treatment so that the hardness thereof is Hv 613 or higher, and the roughness is 0.5 μmRa or lower. The outer peripheral surface of the outer ring 5 has a hardness higher than that of the outer peripheral surface of the cam 3, and has a difference of Hv 220 or less in hardness from the outer peripheral surface of the cam 3. The roughness of the outer peripheral surface of the outer ring 5 is 0.1 μmRa or lower.
