Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent seizure effectively by controlling the splash of lubrication film, while regulating a relation of hardness among a sliding bearing, a spindle and a roller to a prescribed relation, and improving withstand load performance in a normal lubrication film condition.
SOLUTION: A roller 9 is rotatably mounted on a spindle 8 through a sliding bearing 10. In a relation of contact surface hardness of the spindle 8, the sliding bearing 9 and the roller 10, the contact surface of the sliding bearing 9 is harder than the contact surface of at least one of the rest two by Vickers hardness HV 50 or greater.
