Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate generation of chips due to cutting of a retaining member by an inside sharp edge of an insertion hole formed in an opposite side roller supporting wall by punching, when the retaining member is extruded from the insertion hole by means of a support pin.
SOLUTION: When a retaining member 15 is extruded from an insertion hole 12 in a roller supporting wall 2 by inserting a support pin 7 from the outside into an insertion hole 11 of another roller supporting wall 1, the retaining member 15 is smoothly extruded from the insertion hole 12 because of circular arc shape rounded portions 11a, 12a formed at an inside edge portion of the insertion hole 12. Accordingly, generation of chips due to cutting of the retaining member 15 by the inside edge portion of the insertion hole 12 in the roller supporting wall 2 is prevented. Consequently, needle rollers 6 and a roller 5 can smoothly rotate because bad influences of the chips upon the rotation are eliminated.
