PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary device which is more simpler in structure and smaller and lighter than a conventional device.
SOLUTION: A single or a plurality of rotors are fitted in a housing having an elliptical inner wall and a cam-form guide part, and the volume of a gap between the inner wall and the rotor is varied by the rotation of the rotor continuously in contact with the inner wall and the guide part, which is utilized.
