Title:
CAM MECHANISM FOR NONPULSATING PUMP
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3411071
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To effectively limit pulsation by forming the shape of a driving cam so as to satisfy a specific condition for additionally discharging the replenishing amount of the discharging flow rate in the case of a driving cam mechanism for driving a plurality of reciprocating pumps constituting the nonpulsating pump by a specified phase difference.
CONSTITUTION: This nonpulsating pump is provided with a common absorbing pipe 10, a discharging pipe 12 and a driving device (e.g. a cam shaft). Parts of the discharging flow rate in a pair of pumps P1 and P2 among plurality of reciprocating pumps wherein a plunger 16 is driven by a specified phase difference via a driving eccentric cam 18 are sequentially synthesized. In this case, the shape of the driving eccentric cam 18 is formed in the following way: That is, setting is so made as to additionally discharge a replenishing amount for the loss of the discharging flow rate corresponding to a discharging stop stroke generated in the succeeding phase side in a stroke pump immediately before one side succeeding phase side pump P2 is moved to a discharging stroke together with the other side preceding phase side pump P1 out of the pairs of reciprocating pumps for synthesizing parts of the discharging flow rate.
