Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve abrasion resistance and reduce the weight by a method wherein a cylindrical section having engaging section and a nose piece prominent in abrasion resistance are connected to the internal surface constituting a connecting section between a shaft. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical section having engaging section 7 and the nose piece 5 constituting the sliding section prominent in the abrasion resistance are connected to the surface of a cylinder constituting the connecting section between the shaft of the cam roller 2. According to this method, the nose piece can be made of an arbitrary organization and composition prominent in the abrasion resistance, a material well balanced with the material of opposing sliding component may be selected, whereby the abrasion resistance may be improved and the weight of the parts may be reduced.
