PURPOSE: To fix a cam in an optional position and to increase fixing strength between the cam and a shaft by forming circumferential grooves and projection bars in the cam fixing part of the shaft and arranging a boss part extended in the rotation axis direction in the cam.
CONSTITUTION: In a cam fixing part on the outer circumferential face of a shaft 1, grooves 3 extending in the circumference direction and projection bars 4 swelling around the grooves 3 are formed, and a boss part 2B extending in the rotation axis direction and a shaft hole with a diameter lager than the main body part of the shaft 1 and a key projection bar 6 are formed in a cam 2. Consequently, the cam 2 can be fixed in an optional angular position only by press-fitting it to the shaft 1, and positional precision between the cam 2 and the shaft 1 can be increased easily. In addition, a connection area between the cam 2 and the shaft 1 can be increased because the boss part 2B is integrally arranged in the cam 2 and the shaft hole is extended, so that fixing strength per a unit weight of the cam 2 can be increased.
