PURPOSE: To fix a cam in an optional angular position and to increase fixing strength of the cam by forming circumferential grooves and projection bars in a cam fixing part in a shaft and forming a shaft hole with a diameter larger than a shaft main body part and smaller than a projection bar outside diameter and a key projection bar in the cam.
CONSTITUTION: In the cam fixing part of a shaft 1, circumferential grooves 3 and projection bars 4 are formed, while a shaft hole with a diameter larger than a main body part of the shaft 1 and smaller than an outside diameter of the projection bar 4 and a key projection bar 6 on the inside face are formed in a cam 2. Consequently, the cam 2 can be fixed in an optional angular position only by forcibly fitting it to the shaft 1, and positional precision between the cam 2 and the shaft 1 can be increased easily. In addition, a head top part of the respective projection bars 4 in the shaft 1 are cut by the edge of the shaft hole so as to be brought into tight contact with the inside face of the shaft hole. This pressing force is added to fitting force between the key projection bar 6 and a key groove, so that fixing strength of the cam 2 can be improved.
