Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify manufacturing processes of cam shafts by consolidating a cam with the shaft through a molded lining formed over the outside circumference of the shaft using a metal die. CONSTITUTION:This arrangement is composed of a shaft 1 provided with a spiral groove in its outside circumference, two or more cams 2 fitted on this shaft 1, and a molded lining 6 formed over that circumference surface provided with a spiral groove using a metal die, where the cam 2 is consolidated with the shaft 1 through the molded lining 6.
