Abstract:
To provide an optical adapter that is able to achieve a large angle of view within a wide angle range, satisfies an image quality standard, is compact, and able to reduce the entire size, weight, and manufacturing cost.
An optical adapter configured to be connected and arranged between an optical system observation device and a camera includes an infinity focus optical device. The infinity focus optical device has at least two lenses 400, 403, 404, 405, and 409, an incident pupil, and an emission pupil AP. The emission pupil AP of the infinity focus optical device is 40 to 100 mm behind the apex 411 of the final lens 409 and forms an actual image of the incident pupil.
