This camera apparatus has a basic element 1 and a photographic housing 2. This basic element 1 has a through-aperture 8 arranged on an optical axis 7 and is provided with a first mounting point 9 for housing a lens 4 on the front side of this through-aperture 8. The rear side of the element is provided with a second mounting point 10 for fixing the photographic housing 2. the basic element 1 has a third mounting point 11 intersecting orthogonally with the optical axis 7 for mounting a main adjusting module 5 for adjusting at least a shutter speed and a handle part 6. Further, basic element 1 is rotatable around the first mounting point 9 and is fixable in two positions facing each other and in a third position rotating 90° therefrom. The photographic housing 2 is arrangeable, more particularly rotatable in the two positions rotating 90° around the optical axis 7 in the second mounting point 10.
