In the state in which a film is rewound no a cartridge 1, and re-winding rotation is continued for setting the 'film using state mark,' since the film isn't out from the cartridge 1, though a detection lever 10 is wind-up rotated by a first spring 11, when it is minutely rotated, since a notched part 8-a of a hold lever 8 is engaged with the hold projection 10-c of the detection lever 10, it continues than state. That is, though the film isn't out from the cartridge 1, the detection lever 10 is in a positional relation equal to the state that the film is out from the cartridge 1, and opening operation of an open/close knob 13 is controlled, and the erroneous opening of the cartridge room cap 12 is prohibited. Thus, the setting operation of the 'film using state mark' is performed safely.
