PURPOSE: To automatically change the channel of a camera to be skipped out of plural cameras at a preset time.

CONSTITUTION: A time in accordance with the channel is set at the timer circuit 16 of a VTR 15. When the preset time arrives, a signal representing the channel is sent from the timer circuit 16 to a controller 1. A control circuit 6 generates a skip signal at a skip signal generating part 8 based on the signal, and a switching signal generating part 10 generates a switching signal which selects the camera to be skipped out of the cameras 11-14 corresponding to the skip signal. In such a way, no artificial operation for the change of the channel to be skipped is required, and the time can be automatically changed when the preset time arrives.
