PURPOSE: To obtain a camera device removing the noise components of a video signal generated by means of the jumping in of a driving pulse.

CONSTITUTION: Image pickup means 3 and 4 which drive a solid-state image pickup element based on plural driving pulses H1, H2, LH and RP and output the video signal Si, noise synthesis means 13-15 synthesizing the noise components H10, H20, LH0 and RP0 included in the plural driving pulses H1, H2, LH and RP and a subtraction means 11 subtracting the output signals SD of the noise synthesis means 13-15 from the video signal S1 are provided. The noise components H10, H20, LH0 and RP0 included in the driving pulses H1, H2, LH and RP driving the solid-state image pickup element are subtracted from the video signal S1 transmitted from the image pickup means 3 and 4.
