Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video signal recorder integrated with camera with which stable high image quality is obtained. SOLUTION: A camera-shake information means 16 provides an output of camera-shake information MF representing a still state and a moving state based on camera-shake to an object to be picked up by an image pickup section. A storage means 61 stores the video signal obtained by the image pickup section and reads the written video signal. A control means 64 controls write/read of the video signal from the storage means 61. A motion detection means 62 detects a motion of the video signal from the storage means 61 based on a coefficient of the camera-shake information MF from the camera-shake detection means 61. A field/frame changeover means 63 generates and outputs a 2nd field video signal obtained by interpolating the video signal of the 1st field from the storage means 61 when a motion is discriminated based on the detection result RM of the motion detection means 62. A signal processing means 65 applies signal processing to the video signal from the field/frame changeover means 63.
