Abstract:
To provide a camera module that can suppress an optical axis deviation occurring by contraction of an adhesive at a time of thermal hardening by properly setting an adhesion area of the adhesive.SOLUTION: A camera module comprises: a camera lens unit 10 that has a lens 12; a camera housing 20 that supports the camera lens unit 10; a substrate 30 to which an image sensor 40 facing the lens 12 is attached, and is fixed mutually with the camera housing 20 via hybrid adhesives 71 and 72; notches 33 that are formed in the substrate 30; inner side adhesion areas 31 which are set on a side near the image sensor 40 with the notches 33 as a boundaries in the substrate 30 having the notches 33 to be formed, and on which the hybrid adhesives 71 are coated; and outer area adhesion areas 32 which are set on a side distant from the image sensor 40 with the notches 33 as the boundaries in the substrate 30 having the notches 33 to be formed, and on which the hybrid adhesives 72 are coated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
