To allow the estimation of the attitude of a camera based on image data taken by a camera.SOLUTION: The camera attitude estimation device includes: collecting means for collecting data extracted from image data taken by a camera, which shows the path of movement of a moving object; calculation means for calculating the straight line in the image data from the collected data showing the path of movement of the moving body; and estimation means for calculating a vanishing point from the intersecting point of at least two points calculated and estimating the set attitude of the camera based on the calculated vanishing point.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
