Abstract:
PURPOSE: To set a position of a shoe arm in one-touch by providing a click stopper mechanism fixing the shoe arm at a prescribed turning position between a base plate and the shoe arm.
CONSTITUTION: A camera shoe adaptor 1 has an arm joint 9 between a base plate 2 fixed to a video camera main body 100 and a shoe arm 3 to which an external microphone 104 is fitted. An arm joint 9 is connected to a front end of the base plate 2 turnably in the horizontal direction via a shaft screw member 10 and the shoe arm 3 is connected to the arm joint 9 around a shaft 11 in a retractive turning enable way. The turning connection part between cod the base plate 2 and the arm joint 9 is provided with a click stopper device 18 to support the arm joint 9 at a prescribed turning position with respect to the base plate 2. Thus, the shoe arm 3 is fixed at a prescribed turning position by the click stopper mechanism 18 in a click way.
