A housing unit 300 includes: a photographing window 4; a washer tube 14; a temperature sensor 29; and a heater 30, and ejects the washer liquid for eliminating a foreign material deposited on the photographing window 4 for photographing to the photographing window 4. The temperature sensor 29 senses the temperature in the housing unit 300, and the heater 30 heats up an inside of the housing unit 300 and the washer tube 14 to warm up the washer liquid when the temperature in the housing unit 300 sensed by the temperature sensor 29 is a prescribed value or below.
