To effectively control the turning of a TV camera by turning a pinion and a ring gear by turning a turning member.

This device is provided with a support member for rotatably supporting the TV camera 3, the ring gear 2 integrally provided on the support member, the pinion 6 fitted to the gear 2 and the turning member coaxial with the pinion 6. Then, the ring gear 2 is attached to a bracket 1 and the bracket 1 is tightened together to the camera 3 by a shaft 4 to be a rotary shaft. Also, the pinion 6 is engaged through the bracket 5 to the ring gear 2. The shaft 7 and an adjustment dial 8 are respectively fixed coaxially with the pinion 6. By the constitution, by turning the adjustment dial 8, the bracket 1 and the fixed camera 3 are rotated in the same direction as the adjustment dial 8 with the rotary shaft (shaft 4) as a supporting point.
