This camera is equipped with a silver salt film photographing optical system 3 performing exposure to silver salt film 61, a first diaphragm means 52 regulating the light quantity of luminous flux transmitted through the optical system 3, an image pickup optical system 5 performing exposure to an imaging device 76, a second diaphragm means 72 regulating the light quantity of luminous flux transmitted through the optical system 5, and a control means 84 controlling the means 52 and 72 so that the first optical image formed on the exposed surface of the film 61 by the optical system 3 and the second optical image formed on the light receiving surface of the device 76 by the optical system 5 may have specified relation.
