PURPOSE: To make possible the sure changing-over of single-frame and continuous photographing with a simple constitution by so constituting the camera that winding operation is done always after the completion of closing of the shutter but release operation is not done after the completion of winding operation at the time of single- frame photographing.

CONSTITUTION: In case a single-frame/continuous photographing change-over member 19 is held set in the single-frame display S, a change-over switch S7 is held set at the contact (b) side and therefore as long as a release button 20 is kept depressed, a switch S2 is maintained at its close state and charging into a capacitor C1 does not take place and the repetition of release operation does not take place. Next, when the change-over member 19 is held set at the continuous photographing display 0, the change-over switch S7 is held connected to the contact (a) side. Because of this, continuous photographing is done while the release button 20 is kept depressed. When the depression of the release button 20 is released, the photographing operation stops. In this way, the automatic winder B may be mounted to the body A and the changing-over accomplished surely with the simple constitution.
