To display the number of unexposed frames where photographing is performed in an ordinary photographing mode and the number of unexposed frames where photographic is performed in a half image plane photographing mode.

This camera using film whose image plane position is previously regulated with respect to a specified perforation is equipped with a image plane photographic mode switching means capable of switching a photographic mode to the ordinary photographic mode in which the image plane is exposed once and the half image plane photographing mode in which the image plane is exposed twice so as to form either half image frame whose area is about 1/2 and the other half image plane whose area is about 1/2 from almost the center of the image plane in the feeding direction of the film, and a display means for displaying the number of frames of film. The display means simultaneously displays both of the number of frames assuming that photographing is performed on all the unexposed frames in the ordinary photographing mode and the number of frames assuming that photographic is performed on all the unexposed frames in the half image plane photographing mode.
