Abstract:
To provide a camera constituted so that a cartridge cover is locked in a closed state until the rewinding of a film is finished after a film cartridge is loaded inside a camera main body from the cartridge cover.
A lock mechanism 20 locking a retaining member 31 retaining the cartridge cover 12 in a closed state during the time when a motor for feeding a film 22 is actuated, is arranged in the camera main body 3. Besides, a holding mechanism 32 holding the locking member 31 in a locked state until the film is rewound after it is fed out from the film cartridge even when the motor 22 is stopped being energized is arranged. Thus, the cover 12 can be locked in the closed state.
