Abstract:
PURPOSE:To aim at the facilitation of manufacture by fixing a sliding belt to the surface of a cam part by means of plastic working by a press. CONSTITUTION:A section in a direction making a right angle with an axis of a camshaft 10 is formed into such a form that plural arm members 27 extend in the radial direction from the center. Each one of these arm members 27 is connected to cam parts 3 and sections 25 at places. And, a base part of each cam part 3 is formed with only each notched nose part 22. Each sliding belt 31 is fixed on the surface of each cam part 3 by means of plastic working by a press. With this constitution, the camshaft is easily manufacturable.
