Abstract:
To provide a can badge manufacturing apparatus capable of easily manufacturing can badges.SOLUTION: A can badge manufacturing apparatus includes: a rotary table including a plurality of lower dies in an annular form at predetermined pitches; a can badge body/shell carrying-in part disposed in the vicinity of the rotary table and carrying a can badge body and a shell into the two lower dies; draft sheet carrying-in means installed in the vicinity of the rotary table and carrying a draft sheet onto the shell; protective film carrying-in means installed in the vicinity of the rotary table and carrying a protective film onto the draft sheet; press means installed in the vicinity of the rotary table and completing a can badge by lifting up the protective film, the draft sheet and the shell and overlapping on the can badge body followed by caulking; product carrying-out means installed in the vicinity of the rotary table and carrying out the can badge completed by the press means; and control means for controlling the rotary table, the draft sheet carrying-in means, the protective film carrying-in means, the press means and the product carrying-out means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
