Abstract:
PURPOSE:To automatize accurate cut by correcting the shift of register marks in an original sheet to a side-direction with respect to a registered mark and cutting it in first and second gages so as to set it to be the long sheet and correcting the shift in a longitudinal direction and cutting it in a third gage so as to generate a can body sheet. CONSTITUTION:When the positions of the sheets 1 which are carried to a gage stand 10 in a first zone 4 one by one are shifted, the videos of respective camer as I and II are compared with reference lines X and Y, both of which are registered in an image processor and deviations DELTAX and DELTAY exist. When the deviations in the camera I are set to be X1 and Y2, and the deviations in the camera II to be X2 and Y2, the deviation Y1 is corrected in the first gage 11 and the deviation Y2 is corrected in the second gage 12. Since the deviation X1 X2, the accurate can body sheet 9 can be generated if the deviation is corrected in the third gage 17. Respective gages are controlled by pulse motors 11a, 12a and 17a which rotate in accordance with respective deviation quantities.
