PURPOSE: To carry in and out cans smoothly between a can changing truck by constituting a carrying out station for carrying out cans in a full state to the carrying truck, from a roller conveyor, and constituting a carrying-in station for carrying in a vacant can from the transfer truck, from a belt conveyor.

CONSTITUTION: A carrying in and out device 3 which carries out a can 4 in a full state and carries in a vacant can 5 between a drawing frame 1 and a can changing truck 2 is equipped with the carrying-out stations 6 and 7 including the roller conveyors 21 and 22 which transfer out the cans 4 in a full state which accommodates a sliver to the changing truck 2, at the sending-out ports 15 and 16 of two can carrying passages 11 and 12 formed in parallel, passing through the drawing frame 1. Further, a carrying-in station 8 is installed at the front in the advance direction of the can changing truck 2, for the carrying- out stations 6 and 7, and the carrying stations 8 consists of belt conveyors 34 and 36 arranged facing the drawing frame 1 side from the stop position of the can changing truck 12, and the belt conveyor 35 is installed continuously on a roller conveyor 36 which crosses at right angles with the belt conveyor 35.
