Abstract:
To suppress the generation of cracks on a panel wall.SOLUTION: While a metal plate is held between a die core ring that is a lower mold and a pressure sleeve that is an upper mold, a chuck wall portion is formed in a shape in which a first curving portion and a second curving portion continue. When a center portion of the metal plate is held between a panel punch that is a lower mold and a die center that is an upper mole, the metal plate is bent by a first bending surface and a second bending surface so as to be pushed in toward a clearance formed between the die core ring and the first bending surface of the panel punch by the first bending surface of the panel punch and an annular projecting portion having the second bending surface of the die center, thereby forming a recession on the metal plate. While keeping the holding state, it relatively rises with respect to the die core ring and the pressure sleeve, a recessed portion is dropped in the clearance to gradually increase the depth of the recession to be an annular recessed portion, thereby forming a counter sink portion. A panel portion is formed inside the counter sink portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
