Abstract:
To provide a can seaming device capable of easily performing seaming of various kinds of cans with an inexpensive constitution.SOLUTION: A can seaming device 1 which holds a can lid L and a can body B with a lifter table 11 and a chuck 20 from top and bottom, rotates them and seams the can lid L with respect to the can body B by means of a first seaming roll 31 and a second seaming roll 41 includes: a lifter table driving device 13 which moves the lifter table 11 vertically; a first seaming roll driving device 33 which reciprocates the first seaming roll 31 in a horizontal direction; a second seaming roll driving device 43 which reciprocates the second seaming roll 41 horizontally; and a control device 50 which controls driving of the lifter table driving device 13, the first seaming roll driving device 33 and the second seaming roll device 43. The control device 50 successively moves the lifter table 11, the first seaming roll 31 and the second seaming roll 41 from a non-actuation position to a preliminarily set actuation position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
