Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a chip from slipping out of the place thereof by a method wherein the chip is located in a groove or recession or projection provided on the central part of a stem.
CONSTITUTION: A steam 3 drawn from a metal sheet is provided with a groove A drawn or partial recession C or partial projection D. Next a chip 2 is located in the positions of recessions A, c and projection D to be resin-bonded and after wiring process, the stem 3 is covered with a cap 1 for welding the peripheral part.
