To efficiently and accurately determine cancers, specifically glandular cancer and more specifically thyroid cancer, and also detect advanced cancer.SOLUTION: There are provided a method and a kit for determining the presence of cancer in a subject and detecting advanced cancer, the method including measuring the titer of an anti-WDR1 antibody derived from a subject and/or an anti-fibronectin antibody, using WDR1 partial peptide and/or fibronectin 1 partial peptide.SELECTED DRAWING: None
