Abstract:
To provide a new cancer vaccine containing a cancer antigen based on a product of an antioncogene WT1 against a Wilms' tumor and lipofectin.
The cancer vaccine containing the cancer antigen having a product of the antioncogene WT1 or its partial peptide as an active component and cationic liposome is provided. As the cationic liposome, liposome and lipofectin are selected which contain N-[1-(2,3-dioleyloxy)propyl]-N, N, N-trimethylammonium chloride, N-[1-(2,3-dioleyloxy)propyl]-N, N, N-trimethylammoniummethyl sulfate or dioctadecylamide-glycylspermine or a mixture of these compounds and a neutral fat.
