This is made to have a structure wherein the lower part is open, the interior is hollow, notches are made in a lateral direction and a vertical direction of the body 11, reversed L-shape openings 3 are installed at two places in symmetric positions, the upper part is a candle saucer 10 with a pin in the center part, a spring 7b is penetrated from the directly above into a through-hole 8a of a bottom plate 8 and joined to the pin 4b by winding and brazing, the bottom plate 8, the spring 7, and the pin 4b are placed into an interior hollow of a candlestick cabinet 2, the spring 7a is taken out from the body openings 3, penetrated into a shaft through-hole 6c of a shaft 6, and joined to the pin 4a by winding and brazing, the candlestick cabinet 2 is penetrated by the shaft 6 from the body openings 3, and wherein left/right end shaft stoppers 5a, 5b are mounted on the shaft 6 so that it will not slip out.
