Title:
CLAMPING TOOL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3188507
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To detect the number of impact frequencies between a hammer and an anvil accurately as well as to stop it with the set frequency by installing a microphone, converting an impacy noise between the hammer and the anvil into an electric signal, and a means to count the number of pulses equivalent to the impact noise detected by this microphone, respectively.
CONSTITUTION: A microphone 30 is built in a housing 3, detecting the number of impact frequencies between a hammer 4 and an anvil 2 from their impact noises, and the number of the pulses is counted by a counter 38. Next, the counted number of this count means 38 is compared with each set number of both frequency setting means 34 and 38, and when both are accorded with each other, a rotational driving source 22 of the hammer 4 is stopped by two switches 38 and 40. Doing like this, the number of impact frequencies between the hammer 4 and the anvil 2 is accurately detected, so that this hammer 4 is accurately stoppable with the set frequency.
