Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bake dough of a bread and a Western-style cake with wrapping the dough in a pattern paper which is positioned between the inside of a can and the dough of the bread and the Western-style cake and is equipped with first rising pieces and second rising pieces on the peripheral surface of a base part arranged at the center and to confirm the baking condition by peeling off the rising piece of one side from the peripheral surface without damaging it.
SOLUTION: The canned bread and Western-style cake are obtained by holding a heat-resistant wrapping pattern paper 10 in the inside of the can 1 having an opened top, putting the dough 30 in the inside of the pattern paper, fermenting and baking the dough, winding and tightening a can lid 7 around the upper part of the can and sealing it. The inner pattern paper 10 is a piece of paper, is separately and alternately equipped with the four first rising pieces 13 and the four second rising pieces 15 having lower height, respectively on the circumference of the base part 12 arranged in the inside of a circular orbit 11 formed in approximately the same diameter as that of the inner base of the can. The base part 12 is connected to the first rising pieces 13 and the second rising pieces 15 positioned at the outside of the base part foldably at thin connection parts 13a and 15a arranged on the circular orbit 11 and each end part of the first rising pieces 13b positioned at both sides of the base part 11 is provided with a grip piece 21.
