PURPOSE: To improve the preservability of a food made from eggs, e.g. eggroll, custard pudding, etc. and to make its overseas shipment possible, by putting up the food in cans.

CONSTITUTION: A can containing cooked food made from eggs can be prepared in two ways: (1) the food cooked from egg is canned still hot, and (2) the raw materials including eggs are put into a can 1, and heated and solidified in the can. The heating may be carried out with an automatic eggroll-making machine.
