Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a canned motor pump which can watch the proceeding condition of the bearings easily and securely by using a detecting method electrically, in a canned motor pump in which bearings are provided at both sides at the impeller side and the antiimpeller side of a rotor.
SOLUTION: A sensor target 20b is fixed at the antiimpeller 2 side end of a rotor 5, and, while a radial sensor S5b is provided in the radial direction and an axial sensor S6 is provided in the axial direction, the radial sensor S5b and the axial sensor S6 are provided in a sensor case 16b by placing a spacer 17b and a thickness reinforcement plate 18, a sensor can 12b is provided, and the sensor case 16b, and the inner diameter part connecting to the sensor can 12b of the sensor spacer 17b are composed to make in a thick wall in the radial direction except the radial sensor front end, and furthermore, the bearing side at the impeller side of the rotor 5 is made in the same structure except the axial sensor S6.
