Abstract:

To readily take out a Western-style cake or a bread in a state immediately after baking when a can is opened.

A thermostable cup paper 5 is arranged on the inside of a can 1 having an open top. A Western-style cake dough or a bread dough is put in the cup paper 5. The dough is baked in an open state and then the can is sealed to give a canned Western-style cake or bread. The cup paper 5 has a cup shape approximately corresponding to the inner shape of the can 1 and retains its shape even after baking of the dough.
