To provide a cap, a closing device and container-filled beverage capable of preventing a user from feeling the sense of discomfort by a broken piece of a bridge remaining in a TE ring part or a main part.
A cylindrical part comprises a main part 36, and a TE ring part 38 connected to a lower end of the main part 36 by a bridge 37. An outwardly projecting annular bead part 40 and a locking part 41 are formed on the TE ring part 38. The inside diameter L1 of an upper edge portion of the TE ring part 38 and the inside diameter L2 of a lower end of the bead part 40 are larger than the outside diameter M of a swollen stepped portion 24 of a container mouth part. The inside diameter L1 of the upper edge portion of the TE ring part 38 is 37-40 mm, and the inside diameter L2 of the lower end of the bead part 40 is 36-39 mm.
