Abstract:
PURPOSE: To install a cap firmly on a cylindrical part by fitting a swelling part of an inside material in the cap to the inner periphery of a cylindrical material, covering an opening of the cylindrical material with an outside material, and bringing the elastic continuous swelling part strongly into pressure contact with the cylindrical part.
CONSTITUTION: A cap 1 is installed on an opening end of a cylindrical material 10. In this case, the cap 1 is composed of an outside material 2 and an inside material 3. The outside material 2 is formed of a moderately bending roof part 4 and a side wall part 5 bent form this periphery. The inside material 3 is formed of a cylindrical peripheral wall part 6, a moderately bending roof part 7 and a swelling part 8 where the peripheral wall part 6 is swollen outside over the whole periphery. The swelling part 8 of the inside material 3 is fitted to the inner periphery of a cylindrical material 10, and an opening of the cylindrical material 10 is covered with the outside material 2. Thereby, since the swelling part 8 has resiliency and is continued over the whole periphery, the swelling part 8 is brought strongly into pressure contact with the cylindrical part 10, and the cap 1 can be installed firmly on the cylindrical material 10.
