To provide a cap having a tamper-evidence structure capable of distinguishing the history in which a plug has been opened certainly without complicating a metal mold structure when forming, and without a sense of incongruity on appearance.
A lid body 5 and a cap body 4 are made by being connected unitarily by a projection strip 20 which has prepared an easily severable film section 21 and a film strip 25 at their outer peripheral edges mutually, and a hinge mechanism section 6 and a pawl section 42 are prepared in the barrel 36 of the lid body 5, and an insertion-through hole 29 into which the pawl section 42 is press fitted and a locking step section 30 which locks the locking face 43 of the pawl section 42 are prepared in the barrel 7 of the cap body 4. Thereby, forming becomes possible without complicating the metal mold structure, and while the lid body 5 and the cap body 4 are connected via the hinge mechanism section 6 when the lid body 5 is fitted into the cap body 4, it becomes possible to open the plug if the projection strip 20 is separated, and the history in which the plug has been opened can be distinguished certainly by the presence or absence of this projection strip 20.
