PURPOSE: To seal a discharging port by a cap, and open the seal by one touch simple operation by forming a seal which seals the discharging port on the cap side.

CONSTITUTION: A cap main body 11 is attached to a discharging port 16 of a container, and the discharging port 16 is sealed. A frame body 18 which communicates the discharging port 16 with the outside is formed on the cap main body 11, and in the frame body 18, a cock 27 wherein a water passage 30 is drilled is rotatably stored. The opening of the frame body 18 is closed depending on the turning position of the cock 27, or the water passage 30 communicates with the discharging port 16, and a solution in the container 14 can be discharged. The opening of the frame body 18 is sealed by a breakable film 36, and the breakable film 36 is broken by the turning motion of the cock 27, an opening operation can be completed by one touch simple operation.
