Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent adhesives from overflowing by providing elastic spacers between opposed faces of car panels.
CONSTITUTION: Spacers 10, sized to be movable with some resistance without elastic deformation in a fixed gap H, are arranged between opposed faces of an outer panel 1 and an inner panel 2 for dishing up adhesive thereon. In this construction, since spacers 10 are provided between opposed faces of two panels 1 and 2, the gap between both panels 1 and 2 cannot be reduced under a fixed level, and consequently adhesives are prevented from overflowing from the gap.
