Abstract:
To provide a root canal treatment device that can easily perform the cutting of a root canal of a tooth and the work for pulling a nerve, and thereby reduces fatigue of a dentist and enables maintaining concentration power.SOLUTION: A reciprocation generator is made by installing a vibration side enclosure 11 in the tip of a handle side enclosure 10. An attaching/detaching part 13 of a hand file 4 is incorporated in the vibration side enclosure 11 in a freely reciprocating manner. The hand file 4 is inserted from a mounting port 16 of the hand file 4 at the rear end of the attaching/detaching part 13 and is fixed with a screw cap 3. The needle part 41 thereof is protruded forward from a needle through hole 15 of the attaching/detaching part 13 (Fig. 1). On the contrary, the hand file 4 is mounted to the attaching/detaching part 13 in a reverse direction and fixed with the screw cap 3, and then the needle part 41 is protruded rearward from the needle through hole 30 of the screw cap 3 (Fig. 4). The depth of the needle through hole 30 is longer than the needle through hole 15, and therefore the length of the protruding needle part 41 is shortened in the rear.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
