Abstract:
To provide a cap seal device capable of evenly shrinking a cap seal, that exhibits excellent work efficiency by preventing the cap seal from being floated up during hot-blast spraying to obtain a finish with an aesthetic property at the same time.SOLUTION: A storage part 5 rotationally movable while simultaneously fixing a container 12, and an elevator 3 are provided on a base 2. A hot blast generator 4 is provided to the elevator via a fixed arm. A cap seal 11 covering a cap part of the container is thermally shrunk by receiving a hot blast from the hot blast generator to fix a support arm 10 to the elevator and to provide a pressing tool support arm 9 at a tip part of the support arm in a rotationally movable manner. A seal pressing tool 6 provided at a tip part of the pressing tool support arm, and a rising arm 8 are provided to the fixed arm. A tip part of the rising arm is arranged to a bottom surface part of the pressing tool support arm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
